Physical damage adds huge amounts of dps. That is why the abyssus makes our damage go up so high. To approximate how much it helps, figure out your average base weapon damage. Say you hit for 90 to 240, average of 165. If you get physical damage of say 10-16 on your neck you gain 13 average more damage or about 8% more total damage. There are caveats depending on passives, but it helps with flicker and LS. Btw could you post what was your tooltip DPS and total lifeleech when you were able to survive phys. reflect no probs like you said on the last page? The tooltip dps I used for my calculations was 35k with splash and life steal on. From those calculations you can see that the leech still wasn't enough to totally leech it back, so I died once or twice, but then found that if I just pop a granite then it seemed just like any other mob.
