henni08, go for the god gloves first. In case this build does not work out for you, or if we see nerfs on the horizon, u will be able to use the gloves on other builds as well.

Paopaoo - Thanks mate, i appreciate it. Yeah that build of course is viable but it definetely needs atziri's acuity. Also you do not have stun immunity which might be a problem. For the rampage tree, which basically a cheaper version, i was thinking using eye of chayula for stun immunity, due to the blind that shadows and dusk will provide.

So the Vaal Pact node is so important?

I would play this link set ups:

6l: Flicker - Meele Phys - Meele Dmg on full life - Multi - Inc. Crit. Dmg - Added fire/Meele Splash/Life Leech

3l: Red mana - Disciplin - Hatred

3l: Red mana - Herald of Ash - Herald of Cce/Clarity

( but dont know if its still goin to work, but got about 30% Reserved Mana Nodes and a high +% Effect on Auras, so would be nice :P )

3-4l: CwDt Lv1 - End. Cry - Assassins Mark (- Blood Rage)

4l: CwDt lved - Decoy totem - Molten shell - Inc. Duration

3l: Cast when Stunned - Immortal Call - Inc. Duration + Whirling blades

Alternatively if u can cast a 2nd curse i would take it in for Blood Rage und remove the Incr. Duration on the IC combo.

i wont need power charge on crit cause im getting it via the curse. what do u think?

i like your assasins mark idea.. im a bit curious though, why do you all put blood rage on codt? why not self cast? should you not be killing every 10seconds or lesS?

Hmm i do not think you will be able to run 3 auras with just these reduced reservation passives. You need more. I thought about using herald of ash myself and try to get some reduced reservation. The idea was, that since herald does in a way splash damage, to replace melee splash with added fire permanently and have the aura do the AoE damage. It did not work. The AoE was very little compared to what melee splash offers, and i realised that i would need alot of reduced reervation passives to make it work, and i thought it did not worth the dropping many passives for that. Also keep in mind that with that tree, you will need around 70 dexterity on your gear. Also another issue is that you do not have any accuracy passives. I cannot stretch enough the importance of accuracy. I will even go as far as saying that it is more important than actual crit chance. If you are not familiar with the mechanics, accuracy is being calculated TWICE. One time at the start, to determine if you will actually hit or not. Then if you do hit and you do score a critical strike, there is a SECOND roll of your acccuracy to determine if this crit will stay a crit, or it will be downgraded to normal attack, and this part IS NOT calculated on the tooltip. Accuracy is far more important than what the tooltip displays. That has been a known issue for some time.

If an incoming critical strike succeeds its hit roll, a second independent hit roll is performed to determine if the critical is evaded or not. If this roll succeeds, a critical strike is scored. If it fails, the attack still hits, but only for regular damage.

So with that in mind, for me, that i have 95% crit chance and 90% chance to hit, it means that i have 10% of missing my attack, and then if roll a crit, an additional 10% for the crit to not be a crit. So in the end my ACTUAL crit chance is 77%. For somebody with worse gear that has, let's say, 85% crit chance and 80% to hit, his actual crit chance is 54%.

I'm running Herald, hatred and discipline WITH melee splash. Without it was insufficient aoe for packs . Dps is around the same, but the aoe with Herald and mele splash together is unbelievable for packs, makes you desync less too for some reason ..

How do you keep your power charges with flicker? I noticed in your lastest video you were doing doedre's Elixir to start with, and then you just do flicker, none of your flicker strike links have power charge on crit, and you werent doing lightning strike. Thx in adanvce, awesome build / guide. Great job =)

Thanks man. Well the unique temple map at this point is just a pushover and i did not need full effectiveness, so i went on and replaced crit damage gem with PCoC. I also did that while i was farming atziri because it was just braindead farming. The main reason is to have available sockets for lightnging warp+faster casting+reduced duraion, cause i am just rushing maps, not playing seriously.
I never did that while i was leveling though. I always had PCoC on lightning strike, and crit damage on flicker. But when i am just fooling around i do different things. FOr example some times i link a second flicker with multistrike, increased critical chance and PCoC, which is basically a guaranteed power charge everytime i flicker. Other times i use no PCoC gem at all and go with 3-5 doedre's :P. It does not really matter that much, very few things ccan kill this character, excluding some rediculous desync situation.


MugusyBoges: That sounds interesting. I am not really playing PoE anymore, but at some point i will definetely try a big aura version, to run herald as well.

Nice, try it out, opens up a lot of diff gear options. All you need to run the 3 auras are the 4 aura nodes by Templar. If you want enough mana for 2 flicks though, then another 4% reserve is needed. Def check it out though, I'd love to hear some results with diff unique rings. Not having accuracy on a ring puts me under 90% chance to hit, so I don't have the balls to try it, but some unique rings could have good synergy going with hatred and ash up.
Since Viper strike got buffed, seems OP now, could I change Frenzy to Viper strike? What about Atziri, Viper Strike < Double Strike?
Mugsy: I tried the 4 passives on templar, and i was not left with like 25 availabe mana after reservation with 3 auras :/. Maybe i did something wrong.

iGently: I have not tried the new OP viper strike, since i really do not play anymore :P.However we need frenzy to gain charges to flicker if for some reason we run out. Situationaly though, like the atziri fight, propably it could be a very good option.
