Vaal pact is required only if ur damage is high enough to kill u on reflect,if not it is not essential,but with flicker builds,it's better that u have it.Test for yourself though :) Now about the transition to CI,i d say chest:500 ES(higher is better,but i assume u ll be using a hybrid armour/es chest to roll the colours,so 500 it is a reachable goal) shield:400 helmet:300 boots:150 and some additional intelligence/es on your jewllery belt With that flat amount,when u do the respec at high level using all the passives,i assume u d stand at 7+K ES which is decent enough.Of course as u level u ll need more...For the most part,until your gear is up to par i think your ranger might feel better. Alright, I can afford a chest+1-2 other parts but not the whole thing, I guess I'll save my ex until I have more. Thanks for the help. Poutsos, it seems you were wrong about prices for Atziri's Acuity (at least, for Standard league). Price did dropped as much as you predicted, ATM i see them for 130 exa b/o and i assume real price is quite close to that, not even close to 50-60 exa :(.... Standard league seem really deserted... I think vaal pact was fine before nerf, but I was also fine with it after nerf while still running Maligaros. That being said. They will most def NOT be completely removed from the game. Worst case scenario pact will be buffed back to original state, better crit BIS gloves will come about and legacy acuity will be worth a few ex. Either way pissing off lots of people. Well each to it's own i guess.For me these gloves are widening the gap between the burgeoisie and the poorer players.The item would be fine,if vaal pact was at it's former place.I would be a bit bitter as well,but i d totally understand it.The best option for me is former vaal pact,and the gloves existing. Finally got an dagger upgrade: Spoiler went from 47% crit strike chance to 60% without power charges. DPS feels the same. How long can I keep the dagger? There is a huge gap between decent daggers and good ones -.- So I am a bit frustrated, that I still need like 250 ex for the dumb gloves and a mirror dagger. mustiii - I took me 2K chromatics to get these colours.I have also done it in the past on another chest with less,but i seem to be the exception,and people not getting them with even more,but i do not know.Personally i know 2 more people who tried and got these colours in the 2K mark or less.It generally seems that RNG is really good to me on rolling off colours.I got this on 220 chroms Banev - I cannot be sure,but i think the dagger is good enough to push you to level 91-92,if the rest of gear is good enough of course.I would not rush to buy the gloves now,i think we are less than a month away until the end of ambush,and the new rebalance.So we definetely except some changes regarding vaal pact etc.(Maybe crits will get the nerf hammer as well,due to damn spectral throwers/wanders,but it remains to be seen).If you wish to try atziri ask again for more details on the strategy.Of course i use no strategy anymore,with my gear,but you should definetely do some changes for fighting the apex without acuity and a mirrored dagger. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/417287 - Poutsos Flicker Nuke Shadow	Posted by Poutsos#0458 on Jun 12, 2014, 8:30:46 AM Quote this Post
