Supporter Pack Upgrading Now Available

For the record, no matter what "upgrade" I select, it pushes me to the "buy" screen, so I can't seems to upgrade any previous purchases (or a combination of purchases) without having to buy again (e.g. I'm not getting credit for my previous purchases).
All that and a bag of chips!
A few observations:

1. Can people please read comments before shooting of their "it's been answered 5 times" questions.
2. Please DO NOT QUOTE or INSERT IMAGES without spoilers to save wastesd time and space.
3. If the UPGRADE option is taking you to a buy option, look at the price, that is your clue that you are getting a discount.
4. If you want something strange or something that actually makes sense then EMAIL SUPPORT as they have PM turned off for good reason.

Five minutes after I send Jason an email, he responded to to it at 5am Auckland time, with and improved version of the message sent to you. :)

I had purchased 2x $20 points.

Upgraded one of them to an Exalted and the other to Regal.

Has anyone e-mailed them about an extra weapon effect? I e-mailed them two days ago and never heard anything back except that my e-mail was being forwarded elsewhere >.>

I emailed them the same thing yesterday and got the same answer. I assume they probably are getting a lot of similar tickets.
