Updated the skill trees, found a slightly more optimal way of doing it

Lv27 / Half way through Act II atm. Really enjoying the build. I'm making the transition from Split Arrow to EK now. EK is plowing mobs, but dat mana cost lol. It typically 1 hits everything though, so I guess it kind of balances out.
Looking forward to progressing through Onslaught with this build. This is my first HC character. |

Piety 2 hit me in Act 3 from like 660 HP, unless I lagged and got hit more. It seems like she double crit me or something though and I got shock stacked lol. Was a pretty fun experience. Going to try out another character type though maybe before I come back to this one.

Yeah for sure. I really undervalued resistances for Normal mode lol.
I'm trying out a new build now. Really like the aspect of HC. I can't believe I put off playing it for so long. Keep us updated on your progress. |

Aight im on level 73 now in onslaught, doing maps, can solo them pretty easily, i have almost 4k life, max resists (77), using grace i have 7.2k armor, purity and hatred auras, dps on EK is getting close to 2k which is nice considering im only using a 4link with only 1 damage support (Ek-life leech-mana leech-added fire).
I can say with certainty that the build is viable with completely self found gear, i got my first 4link at level 60+, i havent bought anything off anyone yet, and i never really came close to death yet, pretty easy to run, pretty fun and very safe. My current gear: Posting this update because i wont be able to play too much in the next 2 and a half weeks (i have exams coming up, i have to work to do, etc) this pretty much takes up all of my time, so ill only be able to get to high level after this. But yeah, just confirming that the build is indeed viable and quite easy to run. so good luck and i hope ya'll like it. If you have any questions, just post them here. Hi,
This looks like a fun build, my Onslaught Marauder just died so I am rerolling. Question: Has anyone tried out the mana on kill nodes near iron reflexes for leveling this build? I used them for leveling my old HC leap slam duelist because he often 1-shot monsters, so I gained mana back instantly. With the big punch that EK packs, I am betting you get a lot of 1 or 2 shot kills and those mana on kill nodes would be huge for leveling this build (respec out of them later of course). Great build idea! |

Going to give this build a try, or rather one quite like it.
Instead of spending a lot of points to head to the middle and then to the Marauder side of things I figured there's some nice life clusters between the ranger and shadow areas which gives me a chance to additionally pick up the Shadow projectile nodes, some extra intelligence nodes and best of all Mana Geyser for a significant boost in mana and regen. Broadstroke gives a flat 30% damage boost straight up and Quill Rain makes your EK's range long enough to hit the entire screen. " Should work nicely, i prefer the mara area because of strength and elemental adaptation, i will use iron will as my 6th link, its a easy way to boost dps since it has no mana cost. Thats level 85 though, not 75, still looks good in my opinion, i thought about going that route as well, but it just seems easier going mara, do some reporting back on how it is later on, im curious I carve and sell real animal skulls, check out my work here: https://www.instagram.com/victorseiche/
