personally i would have liked if onslaught had the same features of anarchy on top of what it already has but who knows

The new Anarchy League sounds really fun but as a hardcore player, I'm disappointed to see that there isn't an Anarchy HC league. The onslaught league seems very boring in comparison to be honest.

Onslaught is mini turbo with unique, eh, Uniques. Anarchy isn't the only new league getting unique Uniques. If you like to play Anarchy, play it. If you like to play Onslaught, play Onslaught. If you are asking for Anarchy Onslaught, that's not what the league is. If you want other rulesets, I feel that's what paid leagues are for.

Like others have suggested, it could be implemented so that if the char has zero deaths in Anarchy when the league ends, it goes to standard HC. Maybe without the whole stash just your gear and inventory (so that the economy wont be "destroyed much"). And just if the char is above 60 (to prevent the usage of mules).
