I love it, I'm gonna stay casual so mostly looking at the rebalance and the respect and the new orb yay =)

If you die in Anarchy league you go to Standard so imo casuals might as well play in that league because there is no downside and you get to see a cool mechanic and get new uniques and base items.

If you die in Anarchy, you stay in Anarchy.

You don't go to standard until October 8th.

Hopefully the nerf to es and life wont be too noticeable. Thanks Koams.

No you go to standard if you die in anarchy. The only details in regards to waiting for a league to end is Onslaught and hardcore. Die on Onslaught go to standard die in anarchy go to standard.

Honestly, I'm dissapointed by this patch, and will most likely remain 'on the break' from this game.

The drop rates will obviously still remain atrocious, and even the new leagues are unappealing, as I still didn't experience majority of the game system playing a regular HC league (not one notable high level unique, only one 5L armor, no good quality gems, not much currency), so starting in a new league would only mean I have even less stuff (how long has it been since the multistrike was introduced, as still didn't get it to drop. Why in the world would I want to start from scratch, with even less than I currently have).

Life node nerf will gimp my low armor, high hp/es characters, and no amount of respecs can turn a low armor value into a one high enough to supplement the loss of life.

Challenges, like most of the game right now, will be experienced by a very small amount of players.

New orb will be useful to players with a lot of currency, mostly the higher end ones.

So in the end, melee buff might be interesting, but it's not enough to get me to start playing again:(

Also, with 4 concurrent leagues and multiple races, I think we'll be hearing crickets while playing standard and HC.

And before people say 'go home noob, this is hardcore game', I'd like to point out that the game can be hardcore and still rewarding (best example being Dark Souls, the most hardcore game I played, and yet most rewarding). I do consider myself a hardcore gamer, although due to working 8-9h per day and having a gf, I can squeeze maybe 2-3h per day, and 6-7 on weekends.

Edit: one question about the drops....'Permanent Allocation: Valuable items allocate to a random nearby player.' does this system take into effect the IIQ/IIR of each of players to determine which player gets the drop (based on the calculated weighted value), or is the drop rolled for each player separately?

„If they think I'm going to let them sweep this pizza guy thing under the rug...“
No mod action. Business as usual.
