Timing of the 0.11.0 Patch and its New Leagues

I like to balance my dps so I'm not wasting mod slots or passive skills on overkill damage. This will provide more accurate feedback than just "one shot this, two shot that." Devolving Wilds

Wow that's nice. I would really like to see the damage is done to the monster on the screen like the numbers and crit hits are displayed.
