Timing of the 0.11.0 Patch and its New Leagues

I had a look for new 0.11.0 stuff to tease and found this optional feature.

Bllrgufffngekghagh. Yay :)

I've been awaiting health bars to provide additional feedback while "debugging" my builds. I like to balance my dps so I'm not wasting mod slots or passive skills on overkill damage. This will provide more accurate feedback than just "one shot this, two shot that."

See, GGG? This is what happens when you keep secrets too long. Perhaps you should release notes for what you've already completed?

Indeed.
Nobody said the mini hp bar, are the melee buffs. They're just optional things.
It's already been stated, direct melee buffs will happen.

Wow that's nice. I would really like to see the damage is done to the monster on the screen like the numbers and crit hits are displayed.

Some expected changes in 0.11.0 are:

More party loot allocation options
Direct melee buffs
Rebalance of monster damage
Improved resync code. The scope of this patch doesn't include the more complex changes to the action prediction system, but will hopefully prevent deaths by resyncing more aggressively when needed.
Some secret awesomeness that I'm not able to reveal just yet. It's bigger than the other changes in the patch.
