I would really like to see increased map drop rate while doing maps in the next patch... It's painfully frustrating to do a hundred of lxl X maps to get 5 lvl X+1 maps, while each of the X maps had around 60 IIQ ;/ Also: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/379896

Those health bars will be wonderful to use while in full parties. Only reason i would use it.

I'm more interested in this Trophy in the bottom left menu.
