There is a difference between 'hard' and 'doesn't work'.

Right now, the way health bars work, i.e. the one and only health bar on a target-locked (or moused over while not using any skill) clashes with other designed UI functions and skill mechanics.
Namely, LMP/GMP spread.

And it's the only thing you will focus on while playing.

As long as floating stuff and life bars are optional and can be disabled in game ui then there's absolutely no problemo.
For sure I'll disable them as I really hate screen clutter.

I love that health bar~
I personally do not like health bars and do not need them but as long as they are optional, all is fine. It seems that many ppl are used to play with this feature.

Optional healthbars are cool. For poeple who use it. But floating damage nunbers are a horrible idea. If they implemented a huge amount of players will use it and the players who don't will be punished by other players especially in public parties. "Lol noob use floating damage!" Even if they optional like the healthbars. You will seperate the whole community with this option.

A big part of the difficulty of POE is the fact that you don't have directly damage numbers. Please let it be like it is. Don't make this game casual.
