Yes, except it's for Fireball in general. Doesn't have to be LMP.

actually, if it copies existing players, and their effects for the unique boss copies, that's a pretty brilliant move to make those microtransactions more interesting to players, knowing that other people will see your char use those special effects... for me who rarely party at all, that's kinda interesting thought...
