0.9.11 Two-week Hardcore Race League

This contest seems pretty awesome. I am just starting so am not even good at this game yet but plan on doing later contests once I understand the game more. These really make the game that much more fun I bet!

GGG, give us a chnce to get Demigod's Presence- you have to play more than 7h per a day, to be above 20th (at the moment)- how about to draw some additional amulets for chars from 20-100? (let's say 10? or more..?) I enjoy the race (and would love to win something!) but can't spend so much time on the game

There have been plenty of chances to win demigods, there where 4 races in 3 days and now 10 people will get it after the hardcore race is over. Also your statement on how much you need to play per day is not even close to being true. Sometimes I wonder if poeple actually think about what they write on these posts.

I was playing about 10 hours per day, every day and wasn't even in the top 10 so his "7hr per day minimum" seems accurate to me.

Its not about how much you play, its about how effective you are at playing. The people that are good at this game are able to use their time wisely and maximize their xp per hour. I'm not saying that they don't play a lot, I'm sure they do. But they are also making the most effective use of their time on top of playing X number of hours.

This right here, its not about playing X amount of hours, its about understanding the game and gaining as much XP as possible in a set amount of time. You have to know which quests you should skip and what areas give better XP than others. I havent played for 2 days straight and I'm still in the top 10.

I play for 3-5 hours a day and have taken the last weekend off and I tend to stay in the general ranks 8-11.

It's hard to belive, but he played over 86 hours in a week! (it's more than 12h per a day..)

So, again- GGG, how about making some lottery(?) for 20-100 in the race?

Normally I'm all for randomness... But in the case of the demigod prize, I believe it should be exclusive to the winners of the races. That is what makes it significant.

In this race, you already get a bunch of random orbs just for advancing past 30 and being alive when it's over.
