Are the drop rates dramatically increased for this event? Was duo'ing last night with a friend and we both found uniques within only a few hours of playing. Mind you we have been duo'ing for a week or two on the default league and have yet to find a unique... I think you are just very lucky. I didn't sensed anything unusual in the drops (or I'm just very unlucky :D). As we approach the 20th hour of the race Metronomy has taken a break at level 49 and fallen to 2nd place behind Angryafrican. DarkNRG meanwhile is still trucking along and rapidly approaching passing Metronomy as well. IMDisappoint is still sleeping and sitting at a solid 4th place. In a huge upset, dime has died leaving a huge gap between the top 4 racers. 10th place is currently the level 37 triada13. TehHammer is not a crime! Made it to second place and bit the dust to the overlord in ruthless, got some bad lag spikes in game... double laser somehow, anyway there were 1200+ account online at the time, with latency spiking from my normal 20-30 to 600+ I just wish i woulda noticed before starting the fight. 20 hours wasted, 3 deaths, one at 21, another at 29ish, and the last one at 49. I'm not going to be trying anything like this again for awhile. GL to the rest of you. EDIT: I do these w/o using instant escape hence the deaths, feels a bit lame to hit a key combo to save your life in HC. Upside- I did find a few really amazing farming spots which helped me recover my lost time. Oh and i get to sleep now :) Gears I died with.
