lol, yeah that didn't happen... he's curently at level 47

this might be answered previously.
but what happens after the race? if i have a lvl 75 char, is the lvl 75 char gone after? or does it enter the hc league?

Hardcore is a great concept.

But when death by internet is most likely outcome (did me in last night), then it really makes hardcore tedious.

I like the 3 hour hardcore tournaments because if I die to internet I didn't lose much, but regular hardcore is just too long as dying to internet is just too frustrating.

I remember when Ultima Online went live... it was frustrating as hell. The internet sucked. When D3 went live it was exactly the same. The internet sucked.

When D2 came out hardcore was fun, but internet always killed me. It was about 3 AM when my highest level D2 character died to internet... that was over 12 years ago. Last night it was about 3 AM when my PoE hardcore character died to internet.

Nothing has changed. Internet still sucks.

It was very unexpected, but I had the day off when I didnt realise I would & then since Dime was going in the race I wanted to take the opportunity to help him. On top of that, I then learned about the threshold rewards for getting a certain level.

In short, I changed my mind...

actually really glad i died so early now, given the amount of time some kids have on their hands (and stamina) looks like top 5 would have been way too tough for me.

How many hours playtime would take it to reach lvl 80?
