For HC I'd recommend much better gear. This poor toon makes most of the $ and gets stuck with junk gear :-C Do not use Concentrated Effect because it will reduce the radius of Elemental Proliferation. The discharge radius for this build reaches halfway from the char to the edge of the screen. After that the EP radius can reach off screen. Reflect is not a problem if you use a ruby flask. I always asumed that "cannot be ignited" means that RF will turn off? Like dispell burning clears it as well.

" Cannot be ignited means that burning can't be applied to you, but since you are already burning, it doesn't need to get applied again. No problem, basically. Old april 2012 account got stolen

" Hell yeah was waiting for this, it works better than I expected, I might try this out sometime. Definetly a cool idea, and endu charges seem to be really easy to build up. Also, no 5l needed, so it should be easy to get a 500-600 ES chest. Old april 2012 account got stolen

I've got a quick question if you have time... Why did you decide to go for crit chance nodes with no other crit support? They really make that big of a difference? Also, how are you doing RF with so little life regen? I would have thought it better to go for something like trolls blood and more fire resist. Thanks!
