Dragon's Immortal Tank (Updated for 1.2)

I've actually managed to get capable of running 3 auras, 2 like determination , grace, anger or hatred and purity or tempest shield.

Is tempest shield worth running or should I give up on that ? I haven't invested many points in block yet even if. I'm around 74 and my stats, with low-med gear are around:

2600 life (I've some adjacent 8% life passives I'll get )
2000+ unbuffed dps on Infernal blow (finally got a 5L rrrgr , so I'm forced to run faster attacks in place of multistrike )
15000 armor with grace and determination
47% block chance on tempest shield
Res are between 60 and 73 % with negative chaos res

On a side note, it seems more convenient to me to run lightning strike in place of infernal blow in some situations, any idea about it ?

how is thats possible use infernal blow w/o blod magic and runing 3ura? :O

Soul Taker makes it possible. "Insufficient Mana doesn't prevent your Melee Attacks" this means you can attack even if you normally would not have enough mana to sustain your skills.

how do you have so much energy shield?
atm i have 4400hp and only 250 ES (i only have 4 armor/es nodes atm. il try to get the other ones also )
i only have head and chest with armor/ES.

Its all dependent on gear and Armour/ES nodes you have.

My only ES piece is this chest and Aegis Aurora. You can obviously get better ES mods than one me chest rolled. The only good thing about my chest is the Deaths Oath skin ohhh yeeeahahhh!!



Without discipline i have 1.6k ES with all the Armour/ES nodes in the templar area.
When i switch to rainbowstrides for certain bosses its obviously more.

I also have some minor +ES mods on a ring and me belt.

I think however though If i ever get a good Praetor Crown (Armour/ES helm) i would probably use it to get even more ES considering I can't run discpline anymore after the aura changes.

I have the reservation nodes in the Templar tree.
I'm still using a BM unique (Malachai Simula) to BM Determination onto life, after which I have 3.3k life left which rarely gets dipped into because of the AA proc, been running this way and mapping since 1.0 launched.
But when they do fix it, í will probably just drop determination altogether, but until that day I will still abuse :P

Grace, hatred, Purity go on Mana. I don't have a choice with Purity, its impossible to run another 60 percent aura. I've tried running Tempest Shield also, but honestly I dont' really notice that much difference at all with/without tempest shield. I am lvl 90 though, so might be hard to drop other important nodes to get the reservation nodes if you're a lot lower level.
