Cant receive the unlock email

GGG why does it say i changed location when i never change my location for login??? Now it doesnt send code to email...

Last time unlock email was down, this is what to do, you need to send support an email providing your account email and some information that can verify that you are you, like character names levels and such, then they send you a temporary unlock code that doesn't look like the usual unlock code but do unlock, use that one to enter and not leave until email service gets back.

However it might take a while, too many players contacting support at the same time.

Wow, this has been down for like 2 hrs. I regret doing a quick login from a different location to sort my stash over lunch.
