Cant receive the unlock email

When trying to login to the game after the new patch it asked me for the unlock code that was sent to my email which I usually get in my inbox instantly but now its not showing up at all , I checked the Spam folder but nothing there and pressed on resend email but also nothing happens !! is there a problem with the servers ?
