Well there is a list of skill gems in the game on this site. The link is over that way <-------.

This is how I go about it. Figure out which skills I want my character to be built around. Then look at the tree and figure out which character will put me closer to the passives I am seeking. Sometimes this means that you will have to trade or level another character for certain skills if you can't find them via trading. Then I plan the build out from that character's starting position in the skill tree.

what is normal and hc game ?

but waht about if i lay in normal mode ? (less drop?)

Hardcore leagues are the PoE equivalent of permadeath, in that if you die your character is removed from that league. However, they're also placed into the Normal league, so they're not completely lost.

Do you mean "HC"? There's no resurrection at all.

I don't believe there's any difference in the two league modes other than the removal of your character from HC on death. Drop rates, monster difficulty etc are all the same.

Death in normal mode also has no effect on difficulty, drop rates etc.

one last question : if i take a pack to play (the one with the kiwi!) i can play all the time (beside pacth day of coure) or only during beta phase (some day per week or i dont know)

This game is going to be free2play. If you want earlier access to the beta, get a pack. Then you can play all day starting from the day you entered your betakey-code in.

i would like to get a beta key but its probebly unlikely
ive been checking my email twice a day for weeks now
i wish there was a payment that dint invole credit card or paypal

but how the delopper will earn money after with a "cosmetic" cash shop ..
is not a pay to play game with huge bonus for gamer who pay ?

Not it's not a pay-to-win game. It will mainly sell custom cosmetics and certain taunts.
