Seriously. While your at it you can create an artificial latency of 500-600 ms. We wouldn't want people playing on dial-up to feel as though they're at a disadvantage.

I would hardly call 1 flat screen monitor "yesterdays technologies". Having multiple screens isn't common, and I'd hardly call it the technology of "tomorrow" either.

However, I am using tomorrows technology today. Currently I have nerual integration chip imbedded into my frontal lobe that enables data to be streamed into my mind faster then any computer can process it. If GGG doesn't include support for my NIC I'm going to rage quit the game all over the place.

That's it... It would mean way to much effort in comparison to the amount of players affected by it... Cannot understand why that is so important... Sure it would be nice for players who have such a setting but is it really so important to consider not playing a game that does not support higher resolutions?? Just use you're monitors for other things like chatting or watching something ;)
You could for example have the trade forums on one monitor and you'll always instantly see if someone offers an item you want to have ;)

I don't play any games that don't support Quad 2560x1600. When I'm not gaming I use them to display the flight schedules of all my airplanes and security video feeds from my 7 mansions around the world... one has a moat... the monitor has a moat, not the mansion. Seeing the edge of the screen is for poor people.

Specifically ranger classes aren't even playable without being able to see 7 miles in every direction.

lol I didn't tell you about my satellite strike monitor (1024x768 only.) It allows fly-by-wire remote striking from up to 7 miles away (unfortunately the limit of my view with only quad monitors,) and with my Light Magic modified bolts each attack travels at 300,000 miles per second with an accuracy of 98.83%.
