Correct me if I´m wrong...
1-(1/5.4)-(1346/1722)= 0.033 chance for a unique item. I think this should be a more precise estimation on the chance of getting unique than 5/1722 = 0.0029 due to the exact chance of getting a rare and the high amount of magic items counted. But on the other hand getting a unique out of an average of 30 orbs sounds too good... ... so i looked up my statistics stuff The standard error of the magic item chance: 1346/1722 = 0.7816 sqrt((0.7816*(1-0.7816))/1722)=0.009564 0.009564*1722 = 17.14 Now lets calculate the 95% confidence interval: 1-(1/5.4)-((1346+1.96*17.14)/1722)= 0.0137 1-(1/5.4)-((1346-1.96*17.14)/1722)= 0.0527 So if my calculations are right and the probability of getting a rare item is exact, the probability of getting a unique item should lie by 95% between 1.37% and 5.27%. hm... by my calculations we should be around at least 24 uniques so i guess i did a mistake :D...
