Considering the statistics it's missing one core point.
Is there an unique item with the same basetype? Therefore the statistics have to include differentiate between magic rare(no unique item existant) and magic rare unique(there is an unique with the same basetype) TehHammer gave a good example how to do it. x Magic y Rare without the base type isn't really accurate.
