No worries. Your character wasn't really broken, it was just that you didn't realize how important these two stats are. Since you are using brass dome, I would suggest going past 75 res upto 79 or what ever your max is, because this is a powerful mechanic. Having more res than your max (over capping resistance) can also be useful, since there are a lot of things in the game that can lower your resistances, like curses. Capping chaos res isn't as important as the other ones in most cases, it's good that you have it as high as you do, but you could survive with less than that next time you make a build, the elemental resistance is the main one, particularly on a build like yours where that is one of the main defenses against elemental damage.

Yeah, resistances are non-linear : each extra 1% of resistance is more powerful than the previous one !

Potions that give resistances (either as their core function or from an affix) can also be helpful in a pinch, but it's better to have resistances always capped.

Ok so i took a screenshot and this is T4 map and i got insta killed by this mob and the other mobs like this one on the map. My res are up now and i still insta die. Any ideas?

Extra projectiles can be dangerous, especially if combined with AOE. Goats can also be dangerous. Your POB still says under capped res and less than 2k life. I don't know if you fixed it or not, maybe it just hasn't updated. Your not going to survive with those numbers.

If you fixed res, and above 3k life You can try getting endurance charges, I think you probably need them. Your fourth ascendancy will allow that, but your going to have trouble doing the lab by the sounds of it.

I can see you did make a few improvements with life roll on boots. But im not sure why POB is saying your res is undercapped.

I think you should consider turning off the precision aura, until your life is fixed. I know accuracy is part of your build, but the aura is giving you 4% damage at the cost of 14% life. I'm not sure that is the best trade off while your life is so low.

Maybe the game is taking in to account the res stats you see and not the one in game?

Yeah just checked POB and it says 69% 36% 66% 68% while in game it says 84% 51% 81% 68%. Wtf is going on.

U probably helped Alira in Act2, so u have 15% extra all res. If u don't manually set that up in PoB it won't show.

I think POB has your bandits quest as kill all and in game you might have helped alira? It would account for the 15 all res difference. Might be something else though. Your in game stat will be acurate for that. It explains some of the confusion in the thread.

So that is better, but you still need to cap the cold res. If you cant do it use sapphire flask.

The main problem is life, need to get it up to 3000 at least. Then look at getting endurance charges.

I would try and replace mind eye ring for something with a high life roll, it doesn't need to have the chaos res, but will need to have the other res so that you don't become uncapped for fire and lightning. Probably also need to swap one of your unique items out to get another life roll. I would say amulet, it not bad, but you need to upgrade life somehow. Having more life will also help you get more leech. Also what ever amulet you do use, you get put an anointment on it, so that will help.

Maybe changing belt would be better than amulet actually, I don't think magnate has much synergy with brass dome and you can get higher life rolls on belt than amulet.
