Really need help bad!

I am lvl 78 and my res are 79% 51% 79% 68% and i am still getting my ass one shoted.

Getting cold res will capped will help. That's good for chaos res, should be fine with that. Hard to give advice on the other defenses because the build your talking about seems to be different that the one you posted and other ones on your account. It could be physical damage.

It's the same build. The res doesn't do much i still get killed. I feel like something is missing. When i watch other people play they only get a little bit of their life taken away. With me its just instant death.

I'm looking on your POB, Jug named BOZONI, much easier to read. You really need to get res capped, its not really optional in this game, it's all balanced around having 75 as a minimum. 68 chaos res is plenty and 47k armour is also plenty at your level. Especially with brase dome, part of the reasons for using it is so that you can cap your res higher than 75. Life pool is the main problem. 1800 unreserved is not enough. People usually aim to have 3000ish when finishing campaign and more from then onwards. Particularly for a melee build. The main source of this is usually flat rolls on items and percent rolls on tree. With Brass dome your life will be a bit lower than other builds, but 1800 is still not enough. If you fix these two thing you should find your build is doing a lot better.

Ok so 75% on all and what is the best way to get life up?

Get some high flat life rolls on your gear. Your a bit restricted because you are using a lot of uniques, but should be aiming to have up around 100 life on the rares. If you get your life upto about 3000 it should be fine for now.

Normally strength give's you flat life as well, but not while using brass dome. That is part of why your life is a bit low, but it should be a priortised stat on most other items slots.

Endurance charges might also be helpful depending on what you are going to do with your 4th ascendancy, but fixing life is the main thing. If you get just 180 more life your already 10% stronger. Having 50 resistance makes you take double as much damage as 75.

But all my gear has res buffs on them how can i also add life?

Yes, as the other posters have said, you need more life.

1.) Aim for 3500 life with 4000-5000 life as your endgame goal.

2.) You need a minimum of 75% to Fire, Cold and Lightning Resistances.
Do not run any more maps until you have this.

Your endgame goal should be to get as much Max resistances as you can get.

Once you have 75% to the above 3 resistances try and find gear that will also give you Chaos resistances, as Chaos damage can cause you to die quickly.
(It IS a bit more difficult getting chaos resistances then elemental resistances.)

3.) I saw that you are running a juggernaut.
Try to get endurance charges. They are extremely good defenses and were buffed in the last patch.

I would suggest getting "Unflinching" once you beat the UBER Lab.

4.) Boneshatter is a great skill but requires a decent amount of life regeneration and life leech to support it later on, since you are damaging yourself with it.
Be sure that you have enough life leech and life regen available to gain back the life you lose, when you use it.

You will want to look at gear that has + maximum Life with 2-3 resistances on it.

I created a few POE Trade searches for you so you have an easier time searching for some basic resistance gear + life + chaos items.

Again these are for very low cost basic items, that should only cost a few chaos each.

The reason we want "Damage taken as specific element", is that Elemental damage reduction synergizes with your "Unbreakable".
The physical damage gets converted to elemental, which is then reduced by both your elemental resistances and 8% of your armor.
