Let it Flow - About PoE's User Experience

I disagree with a lot of this, though it's too late for me to elaborate.

This is by far the most valuable feedback I had the pleasure to read in this forum.
Having worked in the game industry for quite some time, most of the time in the graphic/animation - section, I can only say: You , Sir, hit the nail on it's head.
What I liked most about your post, is that you keep a humble and gentle approach all the way.
Made this wall of text an easy task to read (very user-friendly, you might say).

Plus one for this, all thumbs up - GGG should reward posts like this in some way.
Free microtrans or something.
excellent feedback OP! Thank you very much for the contribution.

Thanks for bringing that up, and you're right, I missed that part! I'm not sure if it's icon placement for buffs/debuffs that is problematic, or the lack of any visual clues that one is positive and another negative. Probably a bit of both!

A countdown on time remaining for both buffs and debuffs would also be quite valuable to have in a more obvious manner than tiny numbers underneath an icon.

I'll add that to the original post, it does deserve mention.

Cheers :)

You might want to mention that as a result of buff placement choice, players may often inadvertently right click on them in the heat of action and dispel them. This can be extremely dangerous in some situations and is frankly undesirable.

Very well thought out feedback, kudos to you for this.
This is awesome feedback that if implemented, it would REALLY boost the QOL in PoE aside from smoother, better gameplay.

GGG should consider hiring the OP. Excellent feedback and very well written.

True, true. This hasn't occured so much in the hours I've spent on the game personally, but I can see someone having a more hectic gameplay running into this problem. Playing mainly as a Summoner, I've got a pretty laid back, slow rhythm of play and rarely have to click around fast enough to make this mistake.

Added to the original post. Thanks for your input!

After a bit of time off, made some corrections to both posts and added a new image to the Character Selection subsection.

What are the occasions in this game that you have unidentified things that you want to keep as such? Does this comprise a majority of the time, or does this situation arise only seldom?

very common situation, at least when starting fresh or participating in race events: prevent from using your last scroll. (Or, just to keep 3 scrolls to buy the next flask or resist ring)

I often keep unidentified stuff for later (under this circumstances), and I keep a lot of unid's to get better rewards from some selling recipes.
