Freezing/Not Responding in Town, Unsure Why

It's happening to me and multiple buddies. Even in harbor. So it's a congested are problem IMO.
Also, I never crash in my hideout. Only in crowded areas.
I am also having random freezing of the game in town. I7 10700k RTX3080
I checked my Clients.txt file (located in subfolder logs of the game installation folder) and found something:

At the time of my last freeze, I had entered Oriath Docks and did some trading. The log shows the floowing:

The game froze after the trade.

I checked other occurences of [GPU TRAIL] Failed to create draw-call, LUT handle was null. I think they always occured shortly before the game froze.

Can anyone confirm this?

A photo of the screen when the game froze. The resolution has decreased. However, the shader load is not necessarily maxed out.
I have the same freezing issues happening in town. It almost always happens in areas around chest where a lot of characters are standing. The more effects they have on the character the more likely it seems to happen also.

Towns, hit or miss, usually fine for a bit after reloading

Harbor, lucky if I can stay a minute without it happening

I consistently get the crash when a few specific mtx are in loaded into my area. The one I notice most consistently is the new headhunter character effect (skulls orbiting the player).
