Clear is great! But how should I scale single target damage? It takes me more than a couple seconds to even kill some easy rares or map bosses. Thanks!

Your POB doesn't have anything configured. Enable soul eater stacks x 50, power charge, frenzy, onslaught, always on full life, always on full energy shield, crit recently, leeching, enemy shocked, 4 stages of frost shield and sigil of power. It should 2-3 your damage. Also craft a wand, you'll double your damage instantly. With 5-10d you should be able to make a great wand.
