The prefix list has been updated to follow Alphabetical Order as requested. Other changes include downgrading a misallocated difficulty on Catacombs, a description for the of Ice suffix and changes to the ratings on some affixes.

Excited to see these. The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.

I can't seem to get past the 66 pool. I occasionally get 67s, rarely 68s, but I'm kind of just... stuck at the moment. I follow the guidelines, roll quite aggressively, usually run with friends, and still have trouble. Is there anything else I should do?
