You have too much life and not enough ES. Not to mention that you need to drop Inner Force until you have a lot more ES. Inner force buffs RF too and it is causing you to burn for more dmg. RF causes you to burn for you max hp, so you need as little hp as possible. Instead of using that shield you also need springleaf if you want to actually sustain RF with about 3000 ES. Good luck.
This is what I would make your passive look like also. From here just add Inner Force when you can. Also think about adding Elemental Adaption if you want higher max resists.
Greetings.
Need advice on how to increase my Spark DPS.
All my gems are 16lvl.
Spark is 5 linked - Spell totem + Spark + Fork + Faster casting + L.Penetration.
Using RF - 5 lvl - i know its to low lvl.
MY corrent Spark DPS with RF + LOW LIFE + all my gear = 500 = low clearing speed /facepalm.

What can i do to improve my dps ? Cant link stats right now.
Try to get a wand with more then 70% Spell damage and +17% cast speed (if u have the currency go for crit chance and multiplier, but they are expensive), pick up some crit nodes. I use crit curse also to boost my dps.

How come no one ever goes for Void Barrier? Seems like a lot of ES pretty close (the ES cluster past the +power charge on the bottom right of everyone's build.) I have it and it allows me 4k ES with pretty poor gear but I think I miss out on a lot of crit/multiplier. What do you all think?
Also, if anyone has any input on this build I would appreciate it. Im sitting on 1500dps and would LOVE to get it a bit higher. Im hoping making the last level on my spark/faster casting gems will help but I'm not holding out.
There is a good reason for that. Void Barrier is the less effective cluster and requires too many points to get there. You sacrificed a ton of crit nodes, losing out on much dps.
This is a good build with a high ES shield (600+) and high damage and crit chance >24%.
This is a solid build with Springleaf and crit chance <24%.
Just follow that skill build, get a wand for ~1ex and slowly level up your own 20/20 gems with the vendor recipe and you can get 2k dps with RF. Get Maligaro's and you can get 2.5k dps. From that point on it gets very expensive. Highend characters have been posted plenty of times, just read through this topic. Lets just say the difference between 4kdps and 2.5k is 100ex and between 5k dps and 4k another 60ex.
Do we really need item level 77 rings/ammys to do crafting on or will 68-71 work?
RE:
On the fence as to what to do or if I should stop picking up gold ammys/rings in the lower map runs.
IF you are going to be crafting "for real", buy some 77+ whites for sure, the initial cost of a few chaos each is neglible compared to the tons of chaos/alteration/regal/exalt/whatever you are going to throw on the item. If you are just alching random whites to see if you get something useful, and using it for vendor 1 chaos receipe otherwise, then by all means keep picking up your own lower level whites as well.

Thank you. That is very helpful.
I do have another question. How come none of these build ever take the three +6% spell damage nodes right above the starting point. You need a bridge to go from the left to the right side of the tree and it seems to me that everyone takes the 2 +10 Intelligence nodes to bridge the gap. Why spend 2 points on +20 Intel when you could spend 3 points on +18 spell damage? What am I missing?

Nothing imo. The way via the spell damage nodes is the better one i think as well.
That's not so hard exit_zero - just very expensive.
My witch has stats of 120/310 before flask, here are her items:
Spoiler
Reason for dps gloves is that no matter how much IIQ and IIR you have, you want to kill fast. Farming Piety in 30 seconds vs 4 minutes makes a difference as you could be in Lunaris 3 again by that time. And my current 4.2k dps ensure that. :)
Andvarius in my opinion is suicide on maps and against Piety. I'd rather get up to 40% IIQ (2x rings) and up to 230 IIR (perfect rings + wondertraps) than 160 IIR (2x andv) and 30% IIQ. However that will cost you much, much more. I have estimated the cost of creating those rings at about 64 exalts, per ring. That is if you want to have a decent chance and eternal-regal lots of times.
However you could also try buying lots of crafting rings and get it cheaper, just takes thousands of alterations and hundreds of regals. Saves you the eternals, though.
How high are your resistances ? From your gear, you can only achieve 65 Lightning, 0 Cold and 53 Fire ...
Even with max purity you would be far away from capping any of these ...
