I'm wondering if they forgot to adjust koles dmg with this patch. He has one shot me twice now. My dps went down for sure. I honestly didn't lose that much ES surprisingly. I think the fork change is the worst part for this build (and spark in general). The fork change is obviously noticeable. My tooltip dps is good enough to work still. Lets be honest the amount of dmg we were doing before was way over the top and overkill. However, combined with the fork change it hurt a lot. Clear time has gone down a lot.

EDIT: One thing I noticed and not sure why I lost over 20 dex and some str which made it so I couldn't use some items until I changed gear. Had to switch out one of my andvarius for a better stat ring for now.

Lost 15% tooltip DPS and clear speed got shot because of Fork change. Guess I'm gonna need to change spells to make this work.

can you post your EK build pls? I'm thinking of switching to EK.. lost the ability to sustain RF so my spork dps took a massive hit, thanks.\


Edit:

I changed one of my mf rings to a ruby ring, now with no changes to the build, I can still sustain RF with springleaf equipped. Spork tooltip DPS is 1094.9 with IIR and IQ gems on my 5L chest. Clear speed is still about the same. ES went down from 2472 to 2172. ES recovery with RF slowed down to a crawl which means I have to be extra careful now and use the rejuv totem more :) Still undecided if I will be sticking to this build, will have to do further testing.

Alright, so I bit the bullet and swap, currently *need* springleaf to gain es, and I found the shield ES nodes weren't worth it with my rathpith.
So I refunded those points and picked up presdigitation and elemental adaptation instead.
Dps even with springleaf is more than I previously had with rathpith though, so I'd say it was worth it.
Current Build
Spark tooltip is now 1.4kish with Springleaf, while I was getting 1.1kish with rathpith preswap.
If I swap to rathpith to totem, tooltip goes up to 1.6k.
PPS:I did swap from a q11 level 18 RF to a q20 L 20 one, but its still a significant dps gain, either way.

same here everything still works fine... did some 70ies maps few mins ago, everything is dying like sh.. so :)

went down from 7k ES to 6K ES buut thats not a big Problem...

i guess it´s a Little harder with lower items but thats not a Problem ;)

Exactly! Wonder why no one said it before. That was the 1st thing that came to my mind since my spark crit chance dropped by 10%.

ES Changes are not much and only lost about 500 es which means a little less regen with RF on, which is fine.

And if resists bothering u too much, drop andvarius and get a gold ring with additional IIR roll and some res they're almost as good as andys.

I'm putting of getting mine since I have a q14 conductivity, though I assume it's probably still worth picking up O_o

PS: I suppose I really really really ought to lose the ands, which would let me drop shield nodes for other stuff.
