You're wrong. He's listing in his opinion, like the title said, 20 most skilled PoE players going off data from solo races because, albeit lame, its the only element of the game that is remotely competitive.

Have you seen the shit that people used to do back in the Doom speedrunning community? Those runs are practiced to an insane degree and could be considered as scripted as any encounter could ever be. Yet the top speedrunners achieve times that many others cannot come close to, despite similar amounts of practice.
