I remember playing this game when it had just come out of closed beta and really enjoying how my aura effects looked. From an art/design perspective, these ones disgust me. They disgust me because I'm fully aware that YOU, GGG, have intentionally made them eye-scratchingly stupid-looking in order to encourage microtransactions out of a selfish desire for more money, rather than an aesthetic sense of the style your game has taken. Definitely an EA-tier business decision right here. |
