I don't quite understand this. Isn't this how it has always worked? Like cyclone will roll a crit or not and if the intial crit roll happens everything cyclone hits will crit.


Yes, but it's saying that if you use Multistrike then the crit is rolled once and then applied to all repeats of the skill.


How would this work with the Critical Weakness curse? If one mob has the curse and the other doesn't.

I don't want to vent, but really....I lvled a chanr JUST for aoe viper strike...i even geared noded in the passive tree around this build..now they nerf it before it even comes out.

Melee STILL has to be in melee range to do aoe..

range can kill mobs without any risk..its SOOO dumb.. like I don't even understand please Chris let me understand why you keep making melee so unappealing to play...like please..what is the point of playing melee and risking dieing when you can just be range and stand a screen away and kill mobs...

Raging on devs because you speculated on the future patch isn't very productive imho.

Smash will not work but it does not say anything about the Multihit-gem in conjunction with Viper.

Count me in if there is a petition for the followings:

1) Don't move Bandit WP Locations
I play self found and always do the bandits last right before the pyramid...
Just nerf the drop, XP or whatever! (or just on the 2nd kill)

2) No Legacy Silverbranch
Hell no, just man up and nerf all Silverbranches if it is too overpowered!
Imagine if later you nerf Kaom's, ppl with Kaom's would scream "MY LEGACY KAOM'S BACK OR I QUIT!"
This is definitely not good for the game.

3) Power Charge on Crit support gem
If there is no sub-100 damage modifier, I smell some ridiculous OP-ness on top of the already ridiculous OP builds... 300+% crit chance for free...
And this is an INT gem, really nice for melee builds...

The last few patches really impress me the slightest.
Okay on more serious node ill comment again on the patch;

regarding the waypoints of bandits , i dont get what the problem is ? And that Dev Comment that said "dont hand everything" to the players i think thats on point. Whats wrong about the bandits actually being work ?

Legacy Silverbranch, okay i have a Silverbranch on Softcore and most likely its not gonna be worth much more than before, because i guess there are TONS of Silverbranches in Softcore. And in the future some will transfer from Hardcore to Softcore so i guess for us SCRUBS on softcore its not going to have a big impact. But on hardcore i guess a Legacy Silverbranch could become quite costly once most of them went the softcore.

Powercharge on Crit: Why do you think this patch was delayed 2 Weeks , poor neonspyder had to test it to make sure there is no op stuff. And unless this is an inside job to make neonspyders freeze pulse shadow the most op specc in the game i am confident it will work fine.

BTW the most important change might :

To improve performance, we have reduced the complexity of most visual aura effects

Finally i might be able to use GMP Arctic Breath ?
