Welcome, welcome to the Shiny Crazy Club!

...I am all for a claw. If you check the unique compendium, it's one item people are repeatedly calling for.

I'm working on mine still, but i was thinking a shield for high end casters. we seem to be lacking.
Mark you mentioned blind not being implemented yet because you dont know how to balance it?

How about having a 70% chance to miss for 1.5 seconds, then a 50% chance to miss for the next 1.5 seconds then a 25% chance to miss the last 1.5 seconds for a total of 4.5 second debuff. This would balance out attack speed modifiers. To prevent blind becomming overpowered (Vs players and elite mobs both) implement a diminnishing return so that the next time a target suffers blind within X seconds, they will have 50%/25%/25% then 25%/12.5%/12.5%.

The % is flat meaning if you have 90% hit chance the first blind will be 90%-70% = 20% chance to hit.

Reset timer on blind being X seconds, meaning the diminnishing return will move up a stage if not blinded within that timeframe.

I thought of this objectively as if I was the one blinding someone, just as me myself being targeted with blind. Also this should effect spells and physical both imo, as targeting someone with a spell while blinded - logically should make you miss just as much as with a weapon.

Just a thought :P
