You might wanna check out the Wiki for the details: Glorious Vanity

But the Basics are:
There are two stats on it:
"Bathed in the Blood of #" and "sacrificed in the Name of ..."

We only care about the the "in the Name of" part since its the part that changes all the Keystones in its Range to a certain one.

We are looking for "Doryani" which changes the Keystone to "Corrupted Soul"
(Or, if you have enough Chaos Res you could also go for "Xibaqua")

Courrpted Soul gives us:
50% of Non-Chaos Damage taken bypasses Energy Shield
Gain 15% of Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield

Which can help us.
One could argue though that it is not worth the costs (5 passives) since we do not really scale ES, but I think it helps.

The part " bathed in the Bool of #" changes all passives and Notables to Random Values, eg Block, life, resistances, stats....
We do not care about the number (the seed) since its far too random to go for a certain one.

the feared, shaper, sirus A8 with the build, i made some changes to it to my personal taste / gameplay, build is still very strong in 3.16 even without elemental equilibrium :D

hi can u explain how to use ball lightning to apply curses?
also u think its good to convert dmg to cold via triad grip?

flammability on hit (ring)
second question: no, we need fire damage not cold

you cast Ball Lightning yourself and with the Rings (one with Flammability on Hit and the other with Elemental Weakness on Hit) the curses are applied to the enemies when they are hit by The Ball Lightning.
