Thats a problem that should be fixed.. hmm

That usually happens without OpenAL installed and OpenCodecs

Right Click the App and view the package contents.

Open Wineskin, go to advanced and tools. Open Winetricks. Install ogg, and then close the app and relaunch Wineskin and click install software.

Select:
Path Of Exile.app/drive_c/Programs Files/Grinding Gears Games/Path of Exile/Redist/OALInst.exe

that should fix your problem. It should automatically be there in your wrapper, but its odd that its giving you that error.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH for making this Mac port using Wine Wrapper. With that said I have noticed a few issues.

When running the game in 2560x1440 or anything higher than 1080 the mouse cursor detection is off. It seems to be slightly lower than the on screen position. IE.. If you place your mouse over an option in the menu or whatever it doesn't register as being over that item or text until you move it slightly below what you want to click.

I've also noticed that fullscreen doesn't work but realize that may not be possible. Other than that there is some lag in towns but otherwise performance is very respectable while playing solo (haven't tried playing in a party yet).

Hmm I'm playing on a 27 Inch iMac, at 2560x1440 and I can launch it in fullscreen.

Like I said earlier if you are willing to try out a few other versions of wine, you might fine one that runs it better for you.

What you can do is download Wineskin Winery: http://wineskin.doh123.com/tiki-index.php?page=Downloads

Update Wineskin Winery to 2.5.5

Install a few different versions of wine within Wineskin Winery.

Install:
1.4NoXInput2
1.4-rc3
1.5.0

Then open the wineskin app within Path of Exile.app and go to advanced and under Tools change the engine, and test run.

Anyone Having Mouse Problems On Higher Resolution:

Right Click Path of Exile.app and view Package Contents.

Open Wineskin, go to Advanced, Tools, and open Winetricks

Install the Option:
mwo=disable

That will disable DirectInput MouseWarpOverride

Just Search Mouse, its under settings

Hello all, thanks for making a Mac unofficial port possible. My main problem is that uploading won't let me download the wrapper stating that I'm already downloading it...

Edit: After the 4-5th attempt I finally got the thing running :)

Downloaded and launched with minimal effort. I had a couple of resolution bugs that I had to work through, but once I got it going I have no issues. Thanks for the port. Now I don't have a need to use Bootcamp any more ;)

Anyone have trouble when they invite someone, the program will crash? it was working fine at the start, and now it wouldn't work at all. I can still play by myself but if I invite anyone instant crash.

If anyone can help me, I would be grateful.
