Armageddon Brand doesn't leech??

Never seems to leech for me... :/

It also doesn't seem to be keeping up my Power Charges like you'd expect it to, if those are all "hits".

Compared to if I just drop an Orb of Storms down, totally unmodded, it's instant max charges basically no matter what.



Starting to think Armageddon Brand isn't the normal type of "hits," and has a specially built-in capability to "crit" despite not actually being hits at all.

Brands are like totems and minions, it's not you doing the damage, the brand is doing the damage, thus you don't get the credit for the hits

But that's incorrect.
Brand damage also is reflected back to you so it is you that deals the damage.

Yeah, or I wouldn't get Power Charges at all from it, right? But I do, just... Seemingly much more limited than you'd think.

And, indeed, zero leech from it.



While doing research, I found a thread about 1 year old in the bug forums. But a GGG poster came in, misaddressed the issue in the first place, and never came back to the thread, lol.

From what I can tell, you should leech and generate power charges from your brands hitting enemies.

There is nothing in your build preventing that.

You should try to record a video showcasing this bug and post it as a bug report.

Ideally you should use Shavronne's Revelation to make sure that you do not regenerate or recharge energy shield, so you can only recover ES through leech and not being able to leech would be very obvious in that situation.

Make sure to include a /bug in your video so that they can reproduce the problem.

How about anyone else? Can anyone else confirm whether or not their leech is working with this skill?

after looking at your tree and gear, it might just be a case of 'you dont have enough % leech'

you have a whole .2% ES leech from a single node, and NO other that i can find.

Yeah because I don't wanna invest in it if it's broken.

But even 0.2% leech should be "enough" to at LEAST see it doing something. I'm clearing maps quickly and t11 bosses are going down in less than 10 seconds.

But 0.2% of that is zero leech? I don't think so. :(
