Oh neat, I'll try this one too.
I have a feeling that if anyone were to get flicker strike, they'd become unbeatable to anyone who relies basic-attack type skills. |

At an hour and a half or so, people were happy to get phase run and dual strike going. The usual 'power' like Flicker Strike was very rare. I am not sure anyone even got it. The highest level for the last cut-throat league was 12...
