Anyone know if this build is still viable or not? If not anyone know any other good tank build?

I sill use this build on my level 80 Duelist. It was super easy to level, and I was way under leveled the entire game all from just dropped gear. once you incorporate blind, it is a good tank build, as long as you do enough physical damage to support life leech. But this thread is all but dead, so if you are looking for support for a build this isn't the one. Still, this is a really fun build.
