BUILD OUT OF COMMISSION....NO LONGER VIABLE DUE TO IDIOTIC CHANGE TO IRON REFLEXES

Hi Athena, im currently following your build, and have used both RoA & LA, however, im liking RoA more than LA

can I use RoA with your build? or do I have to make any adjustments?

Well taking Point Blank next to Iron Reflexes is needed imo. I'm leveling using RoA since it's alot better than LA because it doesn't require LMP to lower it's dmg and also I can easily snipe mobs with it. I don't know yet if I'm going to be RoA user or LA, but both are really good. RoA doesn't need single target skill so Koam's can be used.

So far I've found 3 passives you should change to the builds. 2 first marauder star hp passives should be on 2 x 12%hp passives right next to Lava Lash and also right next to Lava Lash there is 1 lonely STR point which should be moved to somewhere else.

So far lvl 43 and haven't died yeet. Good dps with great survival

If you look at the END BUILD, you will notice those changes have been made. In fact those changes were made months ago, but I unfortunately do not know how to remake the links with the "urls" to update the build progression.

This has been addressed a dozen times in this thread, my current build does have the 2 12% nodes and the accidental misclick strength is non existent. This is consistent with the final build titled 100 point :)

Ohh well good if it's there and sorry about this. I just usually don't look builds mroe than to about 90 points :D, I can't imagine me leveling single char to 100

Totally understandable, I have asked many people to help me with remaking the links but no one seems to know how to do it, so until I can get that sorted i cant adjust those misclicks in the progression.

I recommend everyone to look at the final build for point reference and only use the progression as a guide to the direction and order of point allocation.

He is correct, you will want to pick up point blank for Rain of Arrows. Just keep in mind how sketchy a point blank RoA build is on HC, having to be up close and personal with mobs is much more risky in end game.

Liking the Duelist better than the Ranger for this type of build, but one question. I have read most of the thread but was curious about your take on something like:

Spell Totem -> Ice Spear -> GMP -> Faster Cast/Reduced Mana/Increased Critical Strike Chance

It wouldn't be used for DPS purposes but more so for crowd control and the slowing effects of chill from Ice Spear, and with its extra chance to critically strike it could potentially freeze a decent amount. Only thing I could see with this is that it would certainly carry a hefty cost to throw one down and obviously not something for single-target, but then again, could work well as support from what I am seeing. Seems like it would be a bit more helpful than say Decoy Totem, which for me gets eaten alive far too quick for my liking, even with boosted life from quality and a passive point near Iron Grip or along the far left highway on the way to the Templar tree.

There's no room for any of these gems on the build.
Oh I know in the current build you posted it isn't. I should have clarified that it would be a substitute for the Bear Trap combo you have posted.

Until you reach high enough DPS where ur pumping out 7500+ frenzy DPS, there is absolutely no substitute for bear traps. You will never freeze any yellow mob and ur chance to freeze blue mobs will be fairly low due to no additional spell crit.

I'd much rather 2-3 shot yellow mobs and 1 shot those bad blues vs watching a useless totem pound on it for days while he pounds me to death :p

There is no substitute for bear traps, they are THAT good.
now that cruel bandit reward for kraityn is 6%ias instead of 8%ias, would you suggest 12% increase physical from oak?

Hello.

Sorry for interrupting this tread with my question, but i think it is possible to gain one more additional passive with Tri-Ele build.

On the left upper part of tree skill You took 3 int nodes
(near Zealot's Oath and Elemental Equilibrium).
I guess this was done for taking Fitness + other health nodes + further advance
(little bit right / down from Zealot's Oath).
But this path with Your current setup can also be achieved from the right side of health 4 nodes.

So instead of 3 int nodes on the left upper it is possible to take 2 int nodes right of 4 health(with mentioned Fitness passive).
Or in other words left upper part between Pyromaniac and Smashing Strikes.

If I am correct You will get one free passive and loose 10 int.
If I am not correct just don not bother with reading my post :).

Regards.

I did some tests with this, and I think you mean this route:

Right? If yes, I also came to the conclusion this saves up 1 passive point. Regret orbs, where are you? :p

Can anyone confirm?
