Is it worth it using those 2 points for frenzy charge + duration?

And for merciless is it not worth it picking + 1 frenzy charges? with those 2 changes u could run 5 charges with increased duration, no good ? :D

I've actually asked the same thing, I decided to take the charge from Bandits and the one near the start. It's a huge boost to attack speed, similar to berzerking passive which we go out of the way to get as well. Plus frenzy duration will be nice as well. It's really all up to you, but I decided to since I keep frenzy at max charges almost 100% of the time, and have a quality frenzy for even more attack speed :D

Btw which curse you use ? projectile weakness ? and do u lvl it to max?

I used conductivity until I reached static blows then swapped to Ele Weakness.

And yes I level it to max

I don't feel its necessary, and being down 2 points throughout leveling would have been to much for me given the speed I wanted to reach certain passives.

If you successfully chance it into a Lionseye Glare, you will win 2 Exalts. Why so little? because the prize is proportionate to the currency used. Most people so far have put 1-2 chances/scoures into it at a time. So 2 exalts for that is a very nice trade off :P

Alright, payed 6GCP for it(pretty cheap I guess?), think it's worth it to exalt? i guess hitting life would be awesome and lightning or fire damage would be fine.
