Not since Open Beta, where the max local ES% is 120%.

Doesn't that mean this has used only 5 mods and can be exalted (as one is a dual mod)?

65-120% energy shield - prefix
107-148 local energy shield - prefix
42-50% energy shield WITH 14-15% block&stun recovery - prefix

30-35% base cold res - suffix
36-41% base lightning res - suffix
43-50 additional intelligence - suffix

Please respect that webas dosn't want his ingame name to be public.
He is a very nice dude, so if you would like a to mirror the chest
then simply write him a polite PM and he will answer you as soon as he can.
There is a high demand atm and it takes time to chroma the correct colers
plus he is a hard working guy wiht not so much ingame time at his hand.

So please be patient ;)
