rebuke is just way better than dreamfeather. but its also more expensive and rare at league start.
just dont make the mistake of getting bleed duration. it will make bleed last longer than leech, and you'll die

Is probably going to be the most common choice in 3.9, but this totally depends on what specific build ur doing in the endgame. Again, this guide is about early leveling, so i have no clue what endgame ur planning

hmm thats been around for a while so theres many build guides, but none that are updated.... sigh......
theres not much to it tho with slayer. You need all of these:
1. golden rule jewel
2. red trail boots
3. source of chance to bleed (check out the unique options you have. chance to bleed support is the simplest option). at least 20% chance is desirable. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bleed#Unique_items
4. Endless hunger and brutal fervour ascendancy nodes
5. make sure you're dealing at least a little bit of phys damage (only phys can cause bleed).
The thing u need to be careful of is to not let the bleeding last longer than the leech. these are both 5 seconds by default, so don't take sources of "increased bleed duration" for example. Getting temp chains on you will make the bleed last long too.

Why's that? You take no damage from bleeding with Endless Hunger, so I'm not sure why it matters if the bleed lasts longer than your leech?

you dont take bleed damage only if ur leeching. if u stop leeching but ur still bleeding, u die
