Normal Lost in Love (Act 3 first quest) for Templar/Marau/Duelist, and somewhere in Cruel for Shadow/Ranger; Witch does not get it ever.

Balance Changes:

Added Cyclone (which is level 24) to the quest rewards for the Marauder, Duelist and Templar (at the Normal difficulty "Lost in Love" quest), the Shadow (Cruel difficulty Hillock quest) and the Ranger (Cruel difficulty Brutus quest).

-It ends soon...patch will probably be not to long after.

It says NZ (New Zealand) early afternoon.
After noon means after 12Am, so probably within 1-2 hours I'd guess.
