BSOD with only POE

Hi, I also got BSOD 2 times in the last 2 hours, and once yesterday. A also have an X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Creative card, wich seems to be the problem...

Unfortunately, same here with X-Fi Fatality. BSOD all the way ;/

Q_Q no fix yet. Audigy 2 ZS, still having this problem. Shame, I was just saying yesterday how cool it is to come back to PoE and have all the characters voiced, now I can't listen to them at all, lol :(

Try updating drivers. Latest did the job for me finally. Release date : 25 Jan 13.

Getting lots of BSODs as well - six so far today. Another creative card, though I don't hold out much hope for a patch to fix the issue as it's an Auzen X-Fi and they've not been too bothered about supporting this card since I got it 5 or so years ago. So if there is a developer side fix to the issue that'd be great, because at the moment I can only reach a maximum of 20 minutes before my computer shits its pants.

It also causes all settings (video, audio and controls) to be reset to default about 50% of the time. Though I imagine that's less of an audio engineering issue and something for a different team member/department.

This is stopping me from playing the beta, BSOD every 15 mins or so, VERY frustrating to say the least. Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion here as well. I did notice that Creative uploaded new drivers in January, which is a huge shock - they tend to never support their products properly, there are so many problems with their cards and there has only been like a couple of drivers in the past years.

Someone mentioned that the BSODing stopped with these drivers, while I have my doubts.. I'll give em a try anyway.

I have Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion as well. I've tried almost everything, starting with drivers wipe then support pack 2.5 and ending on the newest drivers (those from january) but BSOD plague doesn't want to leave me... I hope there is a chance for a fix in near future because i would like to play a bit :(

Getting BSOD when entering Dark Forest area in act 2. 3rd time in row.

I experienced random BSODs in closed beta. In open beta, Chamber of Sins triggers it every time. --nosound added to end of shortcut allows me to proceed and progress. I'm using a Creative Titanium HD card. Although I sometimes listen to music while gaming, it seems silly that a sound card that's been out for years cannot drive this game. Love the game, and this won't keep me away.
