WHat do you think of

Le Heup of All

is it worth getting, or just find a rare flat damage life ring?

You would be better off finding Prismatic rings with life, resists and phys damage. Le Heup of All does not have any life on it, barring the attributes, and you most definitely need life on your gear for this build.

Yes, if you can find a Heavy Quiver with flat phys damage boosts, life and resists, it will probably be more useful than Daresso's in some cases. What I've been doing is to have Broadstroke in weapon slot 1, and a shield with life and all resists in weapon slot 2. However Broadstroke is just a filler until I can find a more suitable damage-oriented offhand.

I just crafted this, the health and phys damage could be a bit higher. But it's a great improvement from Broadstroke. I lose about 40 DPS on Cyclone, but get a lot of defensive boosts.

This is a good example of what you should be aiming for (barring the accuracy) on your end-game offhand, if you aren't using Daresso's Courage.
Using

Both work well with this build

Quiver or Shield, there's the rub...

Holy dogshit this build rocks.

Lvl 35 now absolutely breezing through Cruel A1.

Literally just 3 hit Brutus 5 mins ago.

3.3k tooltip dps Infernal Blow and 730 tooltip dps Cyclone... at Lvl 35. O_O

Ridiculous.

My gear is pretty decent at the moment, but it can only get far better as I meet level reqs and upgrade my armor and boots etc.

The biggest hurdle is the high mana requirement for Cyclone, but as I upgrade gear I'm confident that problem will fix itself.

For those curious:

Spoiler

I'm having a blast here pretending I'm Vega from Street Fighter and KOing everything in a cloud of red mist and/or bones! :D

Can't wait to see how my dude progresses.

Thanks for the concept/guide!

Still alot of things to upgrade. Exalting helm / shield, searching for another iron ring with 70+hp / resistance / high physical roll, upgrading amulet and buying quality gems. Took me 1200+ chromatics to get desired socket colors @ chest.. God damn evasion items!

Usually running with no ms boots so I move slower and mobs take more hits.

Some basic stats I'm sitting at (lvl 68):

21340 armour
75% physical damage reduction
80 resistance
3502 hp ( hoping to reach 4.5-5k when I max up all my life nodes until lvl 82 )
4027 cyclone damage with shield
4880 cyclone damage with quiver

Tanking pretty much everything.

Dude if you ever decide to throw away those Oblivion track boots... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sell them to me!

Back on topic: What build do you use? Hardcore Tank or Default AOE?

Or your own? Mind uploading it?

You gonna go the AOE build? I think the Hardcore build might be better? (more my style as well I guess, tanking)

Nice 6 link.

What are your gem combos you run in your gear?

Cheers

The damage effectiveness of Cyclone has been increased from 35% to 40%. We have also reduced the minimum distance it travels, so that you have more control. This distance is now about a third of what it was previously.

Coming very soon in the next patch.

Added a new Dexterity/Intelligence skill - Arctic Armour: Summons an icy shield that protects against physical and fire damage. It drains your mana while active and at a faster rate while you are moving. When you have no mana left, the skill turns off. While active, it leaves a trail of ground ice which lasts for a short duration.

This may be compatible with Cyclone, we'll have to see.

I'm going the Hardcore build for sure.

Iron Reflexes and Unwavering stance are too good to pass up.

The AoE build doesn't seem as viable endgame.
