worthless standtard roa garbage guide

"
I guess my question is, will this be viable going forward into 71+ maps? Is 8k dps (+ static blows) enough for end game solo/duo play? I expect to be around 10k at lvl 85, is that enough? Or will I need to transition to blood magic play?

no idea I got carried (and still getting carried to this day) so I don't really pay attention when doing maps, from time to time I fire arrows but usually the mobs are already dead by the time they hit the ground

"
I got a quick question about tree. Most of RoA Build wont take life regen node(2x0.4%) next to Golem's blood.

it's quite frequent to run maps with 50% regen/no regen so investing into regen nodes is a waste; and then you add life leech on top of the equation.

"
Would running a mana leech gem instead of blood magic to attack work?

yes and no, depends on gear & spec, there's mana flows & reduced cost of skills easely available though

Hey, so I recently woke up my mara and gave him a bow and I've been having a lot of fun playing him, but now I've hit kind of a gear wall and I don't understand how my damage could go as high as you guys' ...

This is my gear :

And my (build)http://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAAAgEAAnEEswUtDq0UTRR1FSAY2xkuGbQaOB0UIWAn7SmlKk0s6TIJMn4yiTWGNuk6szrhPC0_J0CgQ5xKfVBQVElVxlfiWGNZ81uvXz9gS2aeZ6Bqk26qdEF07XTxd-V6uHrvgziHdojxjM-PRpAKkFWdqp65ogCkwqZXp4Ssqq6Ttz65zbndwA_AGsQVxPbGrsbYytPPZdDQ1I_V7d0N42rnUudj7DjvDu9O73zwH_Iv8kXz3fZI-tL8xf4K, planning to go for inner force now and some more life.

I know my gear is far from being perfect but I fail to see what I can do to upgrade my dps with my limited funds ...

Cheers !!
iron grip is useless for you, and there's a lot of crucial dps nodes that you avoided around leather and steel wtf
inner force will help a lot too
you can gain something like 40% more dmg in 7 - 8 skillspoints, assuming you respec out of leather and steel and get the dps nodes

Ye I figured I would go for survivability first and take the duelist dps nodes later, but I guess I can go for them now before inner force.
I'll respect out of iron grip as well.

Thanks for the tips !!
Noob question.Never tried ROA and was thinking about giving it a try.
Does Iron Grip not work with ROA?

Iron Grip applies to physical damage, so if you're playing with a physical bow you will benefit from iron grip greatly. If you have an elemental bow, since iron grip will only apply to the physical portion of your damage you won't get a big increase.
I tried dual totem RoA, wasn't nearly as good as expected
cc from feedback forum.

Tooltips = ~ 8, 487 dps per totem before point blank

Supported with thunderfist, point blank (keystone) and decent dps gear.
I was able to shock a few high life targets but there's a few different things that makes it less viable than a spellcaster.
Cast time is 1 sec, on a character with low to non existant cast speed increase. Combine that with the slowed attack speed and the little delay, it feels quite sluggish to play with it.
Rain of arrows really seemed like a good idea for totems, but it targets the closest mob, so half the aoe is usually wasted. The hypothetic gain in dps is wasted since a player will usually aim betweens mobs. The totem, while castable at range, doesn't have great range on its own, it's probably below the point blank threshold for reduced damage. Getting stunned while the animation will cancel the attack, that's nothing new but it's worse for totems with their low life.
40% less dmg on bows: impossible to play with physical. It's already hard to obtain a decent physical value, you can only dream of it on totems.
The advantage to avoid reflect issues isn't really worth it since you can't really spec crit/crit dmg (on a life build anyway and even for bows), and I really missed the life regen from life leech in comparison.

The general feeling is that it seems hard to make totems work without a fork/chain direct attack (such as spark, ek, split arrow or lightning arrow) due to the limited range. The constant need to recast really hurts on a ranged character, no wonder no one's using it. I haven't tried split arrows/lightning arrows though !
As a gimmick to use ice shot it's quite powerful though.

Trying this with the Duelist. Most fun I have had on the game so far

Thanks man :D. I get it now.

Is there a guide or order on what order passive/gear effect abilities? I like this buid and the RoA marauder though am confused on what effects what and how it effects it.

Example: Made up numbers just to understand how it works. Actual numbers vastly different
Phyiscal Bow :
100 physical dmg (avg)
+100% physical dmg

Blackgleam Quiver :
Converts 50% of phyiscal to fire.

Rest of gear :
20 fire dmg (avg)
20 cold dmg (avg)
20 lightening dmg (avg)
50% elemental dmg
50% physical dmg

Passives :
50% elemental dmg
25% physical dmg
25% projectile dmg

IronGrip :
25% physical dmg

For lvl 18 RoA gem: 51% physical dmg / effectiveness 75% value

What will the RoA hit for broken down?
