I started a wORB build based on another guide, but am transitioning to this guide. I have two wands currently that POB shows more DPS than the sceptre combo (obviously because I don't have the multi-mod and other affixes). How do I go about getting the Void or Opal Sceptre bases ilvl 86? The bases alone are like 7ex :O What the heck? Just because of the 10% elemental damage difference? Also, with 3 heralds and Aspect of the Spider, how do you have enough mana to cast Winter Orb?
