Witch - [3.5] Occultist Vortex/Cold Snap ES/CI - Deathless and Safe Uber Elder and T16's - Forum

Just wanted to say thanks to OP for the build. Easily killed uber elder last night with pretty mediocre gear. Can check my profile it's nothing special. Most expensive items were the chest and level 21 vortex. If anyone is looking for a good dps boost for just over an exalt I def recommend checking out 21 vortex. I found this guide a few days ago and today i finally decided to change my occultist build to this one. It has been great, the build looks pretty strong and it´s also fun to play. First of all thanks for the guide, specially for the crafting section that helps new players like me a lot. This is the most complete and best guide i´ve seen so far in this forum. Now that i tested the build in red maps and Delve, i am decided to commit more and upgrade my gear to attempt to clear some of the endgame content.
