Not sure how that happened, but fixed now, thanks for catching it.
I tried following your build..im currently lvl 88..but it doesn't seem like to me that its a starter league build..you ask for too many specific things that are not cheap at all..im stuck now and I really dont know what to do

Your profile is private so I can't see your gear to give specific feedback, but as it says in the guide, the only item required for this build is malachai's artifice, which costs 1-2 chaos. (And even that isn't strictly a requirement). Past that you can use just whatever rares you can make work, and the build does fine.

The guide of course talks about higher end items you can get to improve the build, but that doesn't mean they're required for the build to function.

Why did you put points in righteous army and spiritual aid ? Are the minion points just for the golem ? It's worth it enough to put 5 points in ?thx for the guide , really nice

Spiritual aid causes minion damage to buff your own damage, so they're straight up damage nodes for our storm brand.

That said, they're not the most efficient damage nodes available. The reason we get them is quality of life from righteous army passively healing our golems, so we don't have to re-cast them all the time.
Planning to run this build for the Flashback event. I have a quick question after reading some of the comments here and the OP.

What is the correct boots enchant? I thought going leech was the best one for mana recovery and also extra life leech but reading comments it seems using Controlled Destruction does give around 2% crit chance to trigger EO which is very not much.

So what is the correct setup for mana recovery and enough crit for EO?

2.2% crit is enough to keep EO up on boss fights. It may not keep EO up all the time while mapping, particularly if inpulsa is doing a lot of your killing. On the other hand it may not matter very much while mapping if you're killing that fast anyway.

The leech boot enchant is a great way to solve mana while mapping (but not on bosses), but it isn't the only way to solve mana. Other options include atziri's foible, or a wrath mana leech watcher's eye (both of which do work on bosses). Cinderswallow also solves mana while mapping (as well as being our best damage flask), but not on bosses. A mana flask is of course an option as well (you'll want to have one rolled up for swapping on no-leech maps anyway, if nothing else).

Pick the solution that fits your budget and playstyle. Atziri's foible is by far the cheapest of the solutions, so likely something you'll want to at least try out early league, until you can get one of the more expensive options going.

Beacon of Ruin is the power node in elementalist. Without it, any number of other classes would be better choices. Trickster, inquisitor, assassin, scion. Maybe occultist if you wanted to try it as low life.

Any of those would be different enough that this guide wouldn't really apply.
